Dear Holmdel Township School Community,

Happy New Year! I hope this message finds you well and that your Christmas and holiday season were merry and bright. Returning after such a meaningful time, filled with family, warm gatherings, and the simple joy of spending time with the people we love, it can be easy to focus on the challenge of getting back into routine.

Yet the start of a new year also offers something truly special: new opportunities, new goals, and new memories waiting to be made with family, friends, colleagues, and loved ones.
It was wonderful to welcome our students and families back to school and to feel the energy and positivity in our buildings. I am grateful to our families, students, and staff for returning with such purpose and enthusiasm, not missing a beat as we continue the important work we do each day in the Holmdel Township School District.

I look forward to seeing the incredible things our students and staff will accomplish in the weeks ahead, whether in the classroom, on the athletic fields, or on the stage in the performing arts. It remains a privilege and an honor to serve such an exceptional and caring community, and I thank you for your continued partnership and support.

Holmdel High School’s Culinary Arts students, under the guidance of Chef Gennusa, will host the final round of the 24th Annual Pizza Contest on Thursday, January 8, at 6:30 PM in the high school auditorium. For just $5.00, attendees will enjoy an evening of food and fun, including a slice of pizza and a drink.
