The Holmdel Board of Education is transitioning to Diligent Community for the delivery of meeting agendas and minutes beginning with the September 30, 2026 meeting - please use this link to access the agenda.  Past meeting minutes will be archived in Diligent Community in the near future but will remain on this site until the archiving is completed in Diligent.  Please do not hesitate to contact us at businessoffice@holmdelschools.org if there are any questions on the new platform.

All Regular Business Meetings will be held at Holmdel High School, 36 Crawfords Corner Road, Holmdel, New Jersey 07733 unless a different location is advertised.  Meetings will commence at 6:00 p.m., prevailing time for an Executive Session, to discuss matters exempt from public discussion by law, including but not limited to student matters, contract matters, personnel matters, negotiations and/or litigation. The public portion of the meetings will commence at approximately 7:00 p.m. prevailing time (Except Organization Meeting).
